GOVERNMENT of ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Municipal GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH A B S T R A C T Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department – Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority (MUDA), Machilipatnam – Inclusion of 242 Villages of 12 Mandals admeasuring 2076.96 Sq.Kms in MUDA Region – Orders - Issued ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (H1) DEPARTMENT G.O.MS.No. 145 Dated: 08-06-2020 Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.15 MA&UD (H2) Dept., dt.01.02.2016. 2) G.O.Ms.No.90 MA&UD (H1) Dept., dt.13.03.2017. 3) From the VC, Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority, Machilipatnam Lr.Rc.No.01/2020/MUDA/Admin, dt.29.01.2020. *** O R D E R: In the references 1st and 2nd read above, Government have notified to an extent of 426.16 Sq.Kms stretching from Machilipatnam Municipal Corporation, 28 Revenue Villages i.e., including villages of Machilipatnam Mandal and one village in Pedana Mandal in Krishna District as Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority (MUDA) with Headquarters at Machilipatnam. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Vice Chairperson, Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority, Machilipatnam while stating other things has requested to include 242 Villages of 12 Mandals admeasuring 2076.96 Sq.Kms in Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority (MUDA), Machilipatnam for comprehensive development of the Region, so as to help in strategic positioning of MUDA in context of the State economy and open large avenues for investments in the State as well as help them in meeting the aspirations of the local people. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby include 242 Villages of 12 Mandals admeasuring 2076.96 Sq.Kms in Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority (MUDA), Machilipatnam. Now, the total extent of Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority is 2503.12 Sq.Kms. 4. The Vice Chairperson, Machilipatnam Urban Development Authority (MUDA), Machilipatnam shall take further necessary action, accordingly. 5. The appended notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated.08.06.2020. (P.T.O) 1 :: 2 :: 6.
