Prehistoric settlements were built on marshland, a Roman town was built on the first river terrace of the Ljubljanica River, and in the Middle Ages a town was built in a strategic position between the Lju- bljanica River and Castle Hill. The modern city absorbed all usable space between the nearby hills. This paper reviews some relief features in Ljubljana, their influence on the city’s spatial development, and urban geoheritage. The results indicate new possibilities for urban geoheritage tourism in the Slovenian capital and its surroundings. Geologisch befindet sich das Bacher Gebirge am südwestlichen Rand des steirischen Beckens und nahe einer tektonisch sehr aktiven Zone der Europäischen Alpen: das Periadri- atische Lineament. Etwa 10 km nordwestlich des Bacher Gebirges verlässt die Drau das Miozän-Pliozäne Klagenfurter Becken und verändert ihre Fliessrichtung von Ost nach Süd, der Lavanttal/Labot-Störung folgend. Am Nordwesteck der Antiform des Bacher Gebirges wird die Drau wieder in eine Ost-Richtung abgelenkt, anstatt dem tektonischen und geomorphologischen Lineament der Lavanttal-Störung weiter nach SE zu folgen. Ab diesem Knick fliesst die Drau parallel zur Längsachse durch den Dom nach Osten. Ge- omorphologische und sedimentologische Hinweise zeigen, dass das Flusstales der Drau im zentralen Bereich des Gebirges um 1 km nach Norden an seine heutige Position verlagert worden ist.

    Občina Postojna Proračun za leto 2011 UVODNA POJASNILA Državni zbor Republike Slovenije je sprejel Zakon o stvarnem premoženju države pokrajin in občin (Ur. list RS, št. 14/07, v nadaljnjem besedilu ZSPDPO), ki ureja ravnanje s stvarnim premoženjem države, pokrajin in občin (v nadaljnjem besedilu samoupravnih lokalnih skupnosti). Na podlagi 39. člena ZSPDPO je Vlada Republike Slovenije sprejela Uredbo o stvarnem premoženju države, pokrajin in občin (Ur. list RS, št. 84/2007 94/2007, 55/2009 Odl.US: U-I- 294/07-16, 100/2009, 49/2010). Uredba podrobneje ureja postopke ravnanja s stvarnim premoženjem države, pokrajin in občin. Z dnem uveljavitve le-te je prenehala veljati Uredba o pridobivanju, razpolaganju in upravljanju s stvarnim premoženjem države in občin (Ur. list RS, št. 12/03 in 77/03) ter členi Zakona o javnih financah (Uradni list RS, št. 79/99, 124/00, 79/01, 30/02, 56/02-ZJU, 110/02-ZDT-B, 127/06-ZJZP, 14/07-ZSPDPO, 109/2008, 49/2009, 38/2010- ZUKN) navedeni 37. členu ZSPDPO, ki so urejali ravnanje s stvarnim premoženjem države in občin. Letni načrt pridobivanja in razpolaganja z nepremičnim premoženjem samoupravnih lokalnih skupnosti, v katerega so vključena zemljišča in stavbe, sprejme svet samoupravne lokalne skupnosti na predlog organa pristojnega za izvajanje proračuna samoupravne lokalne skupnosti Letni načrt pridobivanja in letni načrt razpolaganja z nepremičnim premoženjem se lahko med letom tudi dopolnjuje (3. točka 15. člena Uredbe o stvarnem premoženju države, pokrajin in občin, Ur. list RS št. 84/2007, 94/2007, 55/2009 Odl.US:U-I-294/07-16, 100/2009, 49/2010).

Ob 6.35 je zaradi obilnih padavin voda poplavila cestiš če Pod jezom v Ljubljani. Posredovali so gasilci PGD Brdo in odprli ter o čistili zamašen meteorni jašek. Nesre če v cestnem prometu Ob 4.04 je na cesti Ajdovš čina-Selo, ob čina Ajdovš čina, prišlo do prometne nesre če v kateri je bila poškodovana ena oseba. Posredovali so gasilci GRC Ajdovš čina in reševalci ZD Ajdovš čina. Ob 6.33 osebno vozilo zapeljalo s cestiš ča in se prevrnilo na streho v naselju Jiršovci v ob čini Destrnik. Aktivirani so bili gasilci PGD Ptuj, s tehni čnim posegom rešili ukleš čeno osebo iz zvite plo čevine in postavili vozilo na kolesa. Poškodovano osebo so reševalci NMP Ptuj prepeljali na zdravljenje v ptujsko bolnišnico. Ob 8.32 so ljubljanski poklicni gasilci posredovali po prometni nesre či na vzhodni ljubljanski obvoznici v Ljubljani. Med razcepom Zadobrova in izvozom na Zaloško cesto so reševalcem nudili pomo č pri oskrbi poškodovanega voznika osebnega vozila ter na vozilu odklopili baterijo.

Ocena ogroženosti verzija 02 je bila skladno z Zakonom o varstvu pred naravnimi in drugimi nesre čami (Uradni list RS, št. 64/94 in št.51/06) in Navodilom o pripravi ocen ogroženosti (Uradni list RS, št. 39/95); dopolnjena s podatki podjetij, ki posedujejo nevarne snovi ter analize nesre č v zadnjih šestih letih in ugotovitev štaba CZ ob čine Radovljice dopolnjena aprila 2007.
