The Principal’s Report (2 pages)- Highlights the key activities, events, and successes of the past year and briefly describes major new initiatives to be undertaken over the next year. Highlights the key activities, events, and successes of the past year Academic Activities: 1. Academic activities started from 1st of July with 1 week zero classes. A ‘Zero Classes’ are conducted under which lectures for moral and ethical values are taken. 2. According to higher education norms two CCE are conducted. In CCE we give different task to students like class room teaching, Model making and presentation, group discussion, Role plays etc to improvement in their academics as well as their personality. 3. We display 10 English –Hindi meanings on notice board every working day for language improvement. 4. According to higher education norms every month we organized special lectures on different subjects prescribed by higher education Personality Development Cell. Events: 1. Hosting District Level Chess Competition. 2. Hosting District Level Mimicry Competition 3. 7 days special Leadership Training camp in Adopted village Successes: 1. Two NSS Volunteer Selected For Maa Tujhe Prannam Scheme. Major new initiatives to be undertaken over the next year 1. We will try to get good grade from NAAC. 2. We will try to get more PG programs. 2. Mission o To improve equity in higher education by providing adequate opportunities of higher education to socially deprived communities; promote inclusion of women, minorities, SC/STs and differently able persons. o To improve the quality of our institute and enhance existing capacities of the institutions to become dynamic, demand-driven, quality conscious, efficient and forward looking, responsive to rapid economic and technological developments occurring at the local, state, national and international levels. o To empower student with professional competencies for meeting global changes. Till the date of its establishment this college continuous is going on to the way of progress. Having completed 27 years of valuable educational service, the college offers degree programmes in Hindi Literature, English Literature, Political Science, Sociology, Economics and Geography and the college now offers self finance degree programmes in Commerce,B.com and B.Com Computer and a PG programme in English Literature. The College aims to mould the student community hailing mostly from the marginalized and weaker sections of the society into better individuals, and guide them to contribute constructively towards national goals by upholding the values of secularism, national integration and social commitment. Academic excellence, personality development and social orientation are our guiding principles. We strive to develop a strong foundation of ethical principles in our students and make them academically excellent to acquire global competencies with the help of technology, so that they can substantially contribute to national development. The college is confident that it can sustain and improve its services to the students and the general public in the coming years. If we talk about the significant milestones college increases its admission 23 to 833. Now it becomes independent exam center for regular students. College has PG program in English which is only institute other than District lead college.
