I am proud to be the original owner of this car that I purchased from the Triumph Canada dealership on Eglinton Avenue in Toronto. The service manager then was Philip Allen. This TR3 was assembled in 1960 but it sat at the dealership for 2 years. Why? Because it was pale yellow with a red interior! But I got it for a very good price! My first trip in April 1962 was to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Occupation: I taught elementary school in Toronto, then I served as a Physical Education Consultant in St. Catharines, ON. I first retired in December 1993, and continued teaching courses for the Ministry of Education at McMaster and Brock Universities. TTC Involvement: Road trips around Lake Ontario, Georgian Bay, the Finger Lakes, Watkins Glen, and the Kawartha Lakes. I attend the Ancaster Flea Market annually. For classic car clubs, there is a long waiting list to attend and the smaller clubs attend on a rotational basis. Pershore Plum Festival This was a first for me to visit the Plum Festival in Pershore, situated on the Avon River in the Midlands of England, just a few miles southeast of Worcester.
