Eichelberger, who served as Councilman of the Town of Parksley from 1994 to 2012 and Mayor of the Town of Parksley from 2012 to 2017; and

WHEREAS, as Mayor he dedicated himself to effective leadership to the Town and its people, and in so doing, gained the respect and devotion of the Council and the people with whom he came in contact; and
