Sandy lives with other dogs so we know that she gets on well with them and she is also happy around children.

At Ercan airport today and saw this beautiful gentle friendly young lad. He was thin and covered in ticks. Bill Harrison-Croft and I travelled to get a supply of flea and tick treatments, worming and food for him in haste (on the way back I jammed on the brakes to the dismay of other passing drivers, as a poor pup was hovering in fields approaching the airport. Despite all my best efforts the thin and frightened dog ran far faster than I could hope to do so in the opposite direction. I left food but I could do no more).

We dispensed the first dog’s veterinary needs and left a good supply of food for him with Ismail a cargo worker who was very appreciative of our efforts. He asked for more vet treatments for another dog there which we didn't see but we had no more. I called Hasan Aligullu from ALG Logistics and he kindly agreed to help with the other dog’s treatments. Thank you Hasan He was so happy to have some human contact but his eyes filled with sadness when we had to leave.

If there is anyone who could see it in their heart to give him a home then please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you xxx
