Subsequent to its establishment, our office has been implementing a variety of programmes to help promote cultural heritage protection activities, in close cooperation with the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Japan (Bunkacho); National Institutes for Cultural Heritage, National Research Institute for Cultural Properties, Tokyo and Nara; the Nara Prefectural Government; the Nara Municipal Government; universities; and museums. -

The purposive sampling technique was employed in this Revised Mar 14, 2021 descriptive research. The respondents were 300 students at grade 11th Accepted Apr 13, 2021 academic year 2019/2020 which representing five public high schools in Aceh, Indonesia. The instruments used to measure the effectiveness of the implementation of STEM-based science learning were the rubric of habits of Keywords: mind, observation sheets of performance assessments, and questionnaires. The finding presented the implementation of STEM-based science learning Habits of mind was able to habituate and develop students' habits of mind with an average Performance assessment score of 0.71 which included into high category. The average value of the STEM learning overall STEM-based science learning implementation for the formation of habits of mind is 95.98% which categorized as good. It can be concluded that there is the success of researchers in implementing STEM-based science learning to form students' habits of mind. -

A.Yani KM.7 Kemelak Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu, 32111 Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia Abstract Malaria is one of infectious diseases that is inseparable from the existence of physical and biological environments that support the occurrence of disease. Environmental factors such as climate, temperature and rainfall are factors that trigger reappearance of malaria in a region. The incidence of malaria in DIY Province only occurred in Kulon Progo Regency with the spread in six sub-districts. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the relationship of climate change (rainfall and rainy days) and altitude to the incidence of malaria in Kulon Progo Regency. This study was descriptive using secondary malaria data in Kulon Progo District in 2017. Data on malaria incidence was obtained from the District Health Profile. Kulon Progo, while rainfall, rainy days and altitude data come from the Badan Pusat Statistik. Data was processed and analyzed by overlaying between stratification variables of malaria with variable height, rainfall and rainy days. The results showed that the spatial pattern of malaria occurrences spread throughout the altitude of 500-1000 mdpl, with rainfall >200 mm (wet month) and high rainy days. It is necessary to increase awarness by observing rainfall, humidity and temperature on a weekly scale in collaboration with BMKG. It is also recommended to provide counseling to the people in the border areas regarding efforts to prevent malaria transmission. -

Gaimard) on Silver eel Phase from Palu River and Poso Lake Jamaluddin*, Cindra Rusli, Yonelian Yuyun and Agustinus Widodo Department of Pharmacy, Mathematics and Natural Science of Faculty, Tadulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi, (Postal: 94118), Indonesia Abstract: Amino acid is an organic component containing amine and carboxyl groups. Amino acids are needed by the human body. One animal that has the amino acid content is eel (Anguilla marmorata (Q.) Gaimard) from Palu River and Poso Lake in Central Sulawesi which are endemic fish. This study aims to determine the comparison of amino acid profile in eel (Anguilla marmorata (Q.) Gaimard) on silver eel phase. Testing amino acid profile using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the eel (Anguilla marmorata (Q.) Gaimard) on phase of silver eel from the Palu River and Poso Lake contained 18 kinds of amino acid consisting of 9 kinds of essential amino acids and 9 types of non-essential amino acids. Data comparison shows a significant difference in glycine P = 0.000 and has no significant differences in the valine at P = 0.132. Keywords: Amino acid, Anguilla marmorata, silver eel. For regions that are blessed with exotic natural resources are expected to be able to contribute in providing foreign exchange for the region in order to achieve regional independence. The problems that occur how to market natural resources that consist of oceans, sun, beaches and abundant countries are assets that can provide a vision for local development. One effort that can be done is to make it a place. Market-driven sectors and industries. To market the items needed for all parties involved in management, government and society. This study aims to describe the tourism potential of the Way Kambas National Park in Sukadana, East Lampung Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The subject of the management research was set by 10 respondents. Techniques for exporting data, documentation and interviews. Data analysis uses a percentage table. The results showed that the Way Kambas National Park Tourism Object has a natural panoramic potential and socio-cultural potential. The total potential is 10 of the potential that there are 6 potentials that have been optimally developed and 4 potentials that have not been optimally optimized. Dr. Junjunan No. 236 Bandung-40174, Indonesia Email: *[email protected] (Received 30 January 2012; in revised form 8 May 2012; accepted 21 May 2012) ABSTRACT: Thirty seafloor of sediment samples have been taken by using gravity corer and grab sampler at Betumpak Cape, and adjacent area of Bangka Belitung. The result of grain size analyses show that there are four sediment units: gravelly sand, gravelly muddy sand, silt and silty sand. Identification of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) image on several samples shows the presence of clay mineral such as smectite, alunite, chlorite etc., may resulted from plagioclase weathering of granite. Based on heavy mineral analyses, its highest content is found at MTK-27 (northwest of Betumpak Cape). High content of apatite (0.94% wt and 1.07% wt) is found on coarse sand fractions (115-170 mesh) at MTK-29 (northeast Ular Cape) and MTK-30 (north of Ular Cape). Generally, the heavy mineral accumulation is occurred on medium sand fraction (60-80 mesh) as magnetite (7.86% wt), ilmenite (4.9% wt) and zircon (1.32% wt). Based on these data, it shows that heavy mineral is accumulated on medium to coarse sand. Key words: sea floor sediment, grain size analysis, heavy minerals, and Betumpak Cape, Bangka strait. -

The most recent landslides occur during late November 2018 to early January 2019. Problem of mass movements in the Menoreh Hills is a manifestation of geological conditions, including geomorphology, lithology, and especially geological structures. The lithology composing the study area is dominated by a group of volcanic rocks consisting of breccia and lava from the Kaligesing Formation and Dukuh Formation. The physical condition of these rocks is generally weathered to form soil with a thickness reaching 5 m. The geological structures exist in the study area are joints and faults caused by the main stress relative to the North-South direction. Faults in the study area can be classified into right lateral slip fault, left lateral slip fault, reverse fault, right-reverse fault, left-reverse fault, and right-normal fault. Based on the results of kinematics analysis on rock slopes with Markland method, there are 7 slopes have the potential for fail with wedge and topple types. While the result of soil slope analysis with the Spencer method, there are 4 slopes that prospective for landslides, they are located in Ngargosari village and Purwoharjo village. -

At the conference, there was a collective recognition of the unfolding impact of digitalization on various aspects of social, cultural, and political life in South Asia. We had a keen sense of how much things had changed in the South Asian mediascape since the introduction of cable and satellite television in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
