Part B. CV SUMMARY

Pablo López Martín (Madrid, 1980) is Doctor Architect Doctor by Polytechnic University of Madrid since January 2016 with the qualification of summa cum laude and has developed his studies at the Architecture School of Madrid (2006) and the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (Holland, 2001-2002 academic year).

He currently serves as chief of design at the international office AGi Architects, specializing in the Middle East market, carrying out large-scale projects in various programs since 2013. Previously he had developed his career collaborating in the Rafael Moneo office (2006-2013) and as a student in the office of Carme Pinós (Barcelona) as a scholarship holder from the Caja de Arquitectos Foundation, and the Netherlands based studio MVRDV (Rotterdam). At the Rafael Moneo's office he participated among other projects of the Aragonia Complex (Zaragoza), the Museum of Navarra University (), El Miradero Congress Center (Toledo), the contest for the Santiago Bernabeú stadium refurbish next to the Switzerland based office Herzog & deMeuron, and the extension for theAtocha Railway Station extension as the position of head of the construction management.

He teaches as an associate professor at the Antonio de Nebrija University where he has taught Sustainable Interior Design and Interior Design and Furniture since September 2016. His research has been published in indexed journals such as RA Revista de Arquitectura, CPA Project Notebook Architectural, ENBLANCO or RITA. His doctoral thesis, directed by Emilio Tuñón, has recently been a finalist in the biannual doctoral thesis contest organized by the ARQUIA Foundation, and has also been published in the book Recent Theses I ublished by the COAM, collection of the most significant theses read during last years.

He is a member of the scientific committee of the indexed magazine CONSTELACIONES of the Universidad San Pablo Ceu. His doctoral thesis “The chair of discord. Mies, Breuer, STam ”is being edited by Asymmetric Editions publishing house.
