Dear Valued Cross County Savings Bank Customer:

Hurricane Sandy caused unprecedented damage to the entire New York area. The community of Belle Harbor was especially hard hit by Hurricane Sandy.

First and foremost, we are hopeful that you, your family, friends, and colleagues are safe and well.

Cross County Savings Bank has had the privilege of assisting the citizens of Belle Harbor with their banking needs since 1998, and we remain committed to aiding our customer and members of the community through this difficult period. Account fees associated with ATM usage, NSF and Uncollected Charges, and late fees on mortgage payments will all be waived.

The Belle Harbor banking branch of Cross County Savings Bank was severely damaged during Hurricane Sandy. Let me reassure you that it is the express intention of Cross County Savings Bank to rebuild and reopen our Belle Harbor banking branch as soon as possible.

At the moment, in addition to the devastation that was caused by the storm, the entire area remains without power.
