Flight operations have been adjusted to strike a balance between the health and safety of our members, maintaining crew currencies, and our mandate to the Gov- ernment of Canada and NORAD. While non-essential members are work- ing from home in order to help stop the spread of the virus, we always have a crew on stand-by, ready to respond when called upon for missions such as maritime sover- eignty patrols, search and rescue, or joint training exercises with the Navy. We are also exploiting methods of virtual connectivity for our personnel to conduct crew level training, as well as checking in on the well-being of our members and their families.
