Lew Titterton, 55, lives in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and is president of Nymed, a health-care company. He owns 10 percent of Funny Cide. Eric Dattner is a 67-year-old retired mechanical engineer who lives in Little Neck, N.Y., and owns 10 percent. * Five other partners own 4 percent each. They are: Jon Constance, 54, the retired mayor of Sackets Harbor who owns an optical retail store. Harold Cring, 54, part owner of Bette & Cring, a construction company in Sackets Harbor. Mark Phillips, a 55-year-old part-time teacher at a community college. Heâ™s a resident of Sackets Harbor and a retired high school math teacher of 33 years. Peter Phillips is a 59-year-old resident of Sackets Harbor and a safety specialist at Bette & Cring. Larry Reinhardt, 56, lives in Sackets Harbor and is senior project manager for Bette & Cring. Trainer - Barclay Tagg * Born: Dec. 30, 1937 in Lancaster, Pa. * Residence: Woodbine, Md. * Graduated from Pennsylvannia State University in 1961 with a degree in animal science and became involved with horses in 1963 while managing a farm in Pennsylvannia. He began riding jumpers in 1966 and five years later began training horses. * Saddled his first winner â” Tudor's Fancy â” at Liberty Bell in January 1972. * Won the Mid-Atlantic Thoroughbred Championships with Crab Grass in 1999. The horse earned bonus money of $350,000 for winning the championship. * Royal Mountain Inn won the 1994 Man o'War at Belmont Park.
