Carter State Representative, District 175 Lowndes High School Teacher 2 Georgia Fact Sheet CTE STATE OVERVIEW At the secondary level, CTE is delivered through comprehensive high schools; area technology centers, which provide supplemental CTE programs to both high-school-enrolled youths and adults; and skills centers, which prepare juvenile and adult inmates for success in the workplace and in the community. At the postsecondary level, CTE is delivered through the state’s community and technical colleges and area technology centers, which provide CTE programs on the high school and postsecondary levels.
