Darlington Ladies Player Profile – Emily Bonham

Emily otherwise known as “Emdog or Angelina” has been with the ladies section since the very beginning. Emily has just left Hummersknott School and is currently studying hard for her GCSE’s. She is a natural at Bowling and has been approached by Durham County coaches to join U17 County girls section, I really hope she considers this as I believe she has a great future with her bowling. Her line and length is consistent every match, her surprise “Ballerina” step up would confuse most batsman, before she unleashes her right arm. Emily is a fantastic fielder with “Velcro hands” her effortless throw’s always hit the mark. Emily had a fantastic game against Brandon on the 25th May where she picked up 3 wickets and finished 3-18 off 5 overs!! Well done Emdog
