D'aquesta manera, la televisió pública de Catalunya té en aquest moment un impacte social majoritari i preferent, és líder en els rànquings d'audiències qualitatius i quantitatius, és motor del sector, cultiu de talent i innovació en la petita, mitjana i gran empresa i impulsa les nostres indústries culturals cinema, documental, animació, donant visibilitat de la seva obra, i expressió de la nostra cultura popular i emergent. TVC és, a més, garantia de la creació de referents col·lectius propis i de prestigi, cohesió social i transmissió de valors constructius amb criteris de qualitat i rigor ètic i plural, amb una forta capacitat de mobilització i sensibilització col·lectiva. La televisió pública catalana se situa, alhora, com a mirall de l'existència d'una realitat sociopolítica, econòmica, cultural, geogràfica, que sense la seva potència seria irrellevant i en molts casos desconeguda. Concretamente, las televisiones de ámbito autonómico vienen operando como espacios de reutilización de diferentes títulos que en su momento fueron estrenados en las grandes cadenas nacionales, pero ahora, por su costo y la fragmentación de audiencias se instalan en estas televisoras. El estudio realizado entre los años 2008 y 2010 constata la presencia de 40 títulos que son analizados según sus rasgos de contenido, horas de emisión y franja horaria donde son insertados. Se definen además las marcas retóricas dominantes de este tipo de discursos de exportación y sus perspectivas comerciales de cara a los próximos años, en un escenario de ardua competencia y determinado por los ajustes de la televisión digital y las nuevas pantallas como Internet. -

In Broadcasting Public Notice 2006-55, the Commission announced that it would periodically issue public notices setting out revised lists of eligible satellite services that include references to all amendments that have been made since the previous public notice setting out the lists was issued. 2. Accordingly, in Appendix 1 to this regulatory policy, the Commission sets out all amendments made to the revised lists since the issuance of Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2010-57. In addition, the lists of eligible satellite services approved as of 31 December 2010 are set out in Appendix 2. 3. The Commission notes that, as set out in Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2010-839, it approved a request by TELUS Communications Company for the addition of 17 new language tracks to Baby TV, a non-Canadian service already included on the lists of eligible satellite services for distribution on a digital basis.
