Be it Ordained by the Board of Aldermen of The City of New York, as follows: The Board met in the Aldermanic Chamber, City Hall. That, in pursuance of section 442 of the Greater New York Charter, the following resolution of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment adopted by that Board on Present: the 18th day of April, 19o2, be and the same hereby is approved, viz.: Resolved, That the Board of Estimate and Apportionment of The City of New Hon.
