AN ORDINANCE to change the grades of approaches to the New East River Bridge, in the Borough of Manhattan. Tuesday, October 28, 1902, I o'clock p. m. Be it Ordained by the Board of Aldermen of The City of New York, as follows: The Board met in the Aldermanic Chamber, City Hall. That, in pursuance of section 442 of the Greater New York Charter, the following resolution of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment adopted by that Board on Present: the 18th day of April, 19o2, be and the same hereby is approved, viz.: Resolved, That the Board of Estimate and Apportionment of The City of New Hon. Charles V. Fornes, President of the Board of Aldermen; York, in pursuance of the provisions of section 442 of chapter 466, Laws of 1901, deeming it for the public interest to alter the map or plan of The City of New York Aldermen by changing the grades of approaches to the New East River Bridge, in the Borough James H.
