This is Construction of a new residential project on vacant plot of land earmarked for residential development as per Bhopal Master Plan, 2005(Annexure-I). Hence proposed project do not anticipate any permanent or temporary change in land use, land cover or topography of the area. It is anticipated that the construction activities of the proposed project would not have an adverse effect on the land use. AIIMS Bhopal is 6.5 km from the site. Habibganj Railway Station is 9 km, Bhopal Junction Railway is 14.5 km. Raja Bhoj International Airport is 20.5 km. West: Kaliasot River is 3 km. Kaliyasot Dam is 9 km, Kerwa dam is 11 km and Shahpura lake is 8 km from the site. South: Mandi deep railway station is 6.5 km, NH- 12 is located 1 km south of the project site.
