The 273'd meeting of WRC was held on April 18-19, 20t7.

THE MEETING WAS ATTENDED BY THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS:.

Shri L.S. Baghel, Shri Anll Bedge Members and the State Representatives of Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Maharashtra; expressed their inability to attend the meeting. The Representatives of States/UTs of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli did not give any information about thelr presence.

The RD informed that Shri Chandrashekhar Vazalwar, Chairperson WRC is not able to attend the meeting, The RD requested the Committee to nominate a member as a Chairperson for the 273'd WRC meeting. The members unanimously nominated Dr. Louis Vernat as a Chairperson for the 273'd WRC meeting.

At the outset, Shri Awadhesh Nayak, Regional Director and Convener, welcomed the Chairperson and all the members of wRc, NCTE to the 273'd meeting of the WRC.

The Regional Director, being Convener of the WRC, presented each agenda item for consideration of the wRc.

273,7,8 Consideration of Com laint Case NAME OF THE DECISION OF WRC INSTITUTION have RKDF UniversitY BhoPal, The case file was seen. Enquiries APWO 158 , under the RTI Act 81223262 Madhya Pradesh been received regarding the genuineness of the degrees in Teacher Education issued by RKDF UniversitY, BhoPal. An analysis of these representations show that these degrees were awarded bY the RKDF UniversitY, though the studY of course was conducted in Vedica College of Education, (Code:APWOt609122327L) and J.K' Jain Memorial College of Education, Bhopal (Code : APW05587 /223607). As per record in the WRO, there are representations from both the above colleges for change of Affiliation from Barkatullah UniversitY to RKDF University, BhoPal.

Before the WRC can take a decision, the WRO should submit a detailed case study of RKDF vis-a vis these 2 institutions. case was seen. C.V. Raman Ra man U n iversitY, D.El.Ed. The file APP2820 C.V. had applied for Kota, BilasPur, Chhattisgarh college of education conducting ODL courses in teacher education for B.Ed. (APP2817), and D.El.Ed. (APP2820). A complaint has been received from Shri Vidhyanand Thakur that inspite of Recognition not being granted to these courses, the C.V. Raman College is conducting these courses. Similarly, the WRC vide order dt' O4lO1112016 had refused Recognition for the B.A./B.Sc.B.Ed. integrated course. The comPlainant has also pointed out that admission is being done for the integrated courSe.
