Renfro Valley Entertainment Center is in beautiful Renfro Valley, KY proudly known as "Kentucky's Country Music Capital"! They are a 55 acre destination complex.

Inside the lusciously green walls of this Valley you will find a tradition that started back in 1939 by the founder John Lair. Great classic country, southern gospel, and mountain bluegrass music rings from the rafters of their two unique show theaters.

Montgomery Gentry was an American country music duo founded by vocalists Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry, both natives of Kentucky. Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry began performing in the 1990s as part of two different bands with Montgomery's brother, John Michael Montgomery.

The duo was known for its Southern rock influences, and collaborated with Charlie Daniels, Toby Keith, Five for Fighting, and members of The Allman Brothers Band.

On September 8, 2017, Gentry died in a helicopter crash. Montgomery continues to tour under the Montgomery Gentry name.
