KATA PENGANTAR Puji dan syukur kita panjatkan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, karena atas rahmat dan karunia-Nya kita dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diamanatkan di bidang pengawasan obat dan makanan. Kita sadari bahwa tugas dan tanggung jawab pengawasan yang harus dilakukan oleh Balai POM di Sofifi semakin luas, kompleks dengan perubahan lingkungan strategis yang semakin dinamis serta tidak dapat diprediksikan. Balai POM di Sofifi sebagai Unit Pelaksana Teknis dari Badan POM RI mempunyai tugas utama untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap sarana produksi dan distribusi, Obat, Narkotika, Psikotropika, obat tradisional, kosmetika, suplemen kesehatan, makanan dan bahan berbahaya. melakukan pengujian terhadap obat dan makanan, serta memberikan pelayanan melalui Layanan Informasi Konsumen. Semua kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dalam mendukung visi dan misi Badan POM RI. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden RI No. 29 tahun 2014 tentang Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah, Penyelenggaraan SAKIP dilaksanakan untuk penyusunan Laporan Kinerja sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan. Untuk memudahkan penyusunan Laporan Kinerja di lingkungan Balai POM di Sofifi, telah di susun Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah. Dalam Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah di BPOM di Sofifi tahun 2017 ini disampaikan hasil pengawasan obat dan makanan yang dilakukan Balai POM di Sofifi selama tahun 2017, yang mencakup evaluasi pre-market dalam rangka pemberian persetujuan izin edar, pengawasan post-market setelah produk beredar dengan cara pengambilan sampel dan pengujian laboratorium produk obat /dan makanan yang beredar, inspeksi cara produksi, distribusi dalam rangka pengawasan implementasi Cara-cara Produksi dan Cara-cara Distribusi yang baik, serta investigasi awal dan penyidikan berbagai kasus tindak pidana bidang obat dan makanan. Akhirnya, kami mengucapkan terimakasih kepada semua pihak yang telah memberikan perhatian dan dukungan kepada Balai POM di Sofifi dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas pengawasan obat dan makanan di Provinsi Maluku Utara. -

The Natuna Sea in the northern part of WPP 711 lies in between Malaysian territories to the east and west, while the Karimata Strait in the southern part of WPP 711 has the Indonesian island of Sumatra to the west and Kalimantan to the east (Figure 1.1). -

Dzurriyyatil Izzah1, Iwan Triyuwono2, Aji Dedi Mulawarman3 ABSTRACT Indonesia as an agrarian country that still relies on the village-to-urban agricultural system to drive the wheels of the economy in urban areas by supplying local products originating from the village. The life of the people who originally always instill mutual traits changed with the modernization influenced by the capitalist doctrine, making humanity more idealistic, everything will be judged by money and discrimination against the weak. So, the local wisdom become a shield to maintain cultural values in society against the onslaught. Local Wisdom on a Profits-sharing System Clove farmers are a profit-sharing system that is always practiced when clove harvest arrives. Revenue-sharing is the interest of cloves and not in the form of money. So this study aims to explore local wisdom on the clove-sharing system. This chapter will specifically explore the profit-sharing system of clove farmers and their contribution to science. The purpose of this study was to express in depth the practices of clove harvesting in the local wisdom of the Bobaneigo community which is still ongoing and applied today. This study uses interpretive qualitative research methods with ethnometodology approach in order to be able to understand various things related to clove farmers' sharing practices. -

Peace and Conflict Studies III Spring Semester 2013 Supervisor: Kristian Steiner Faculty of Culture and Society Department of Global Political Studies The Conflict in the Moluccas: Local Youths’ Perceptions Contrasted to Previous Research Martin Björkhagen Words: 16 434 Abstract The violent conflict in the Moluccas (1999-2002) has occasionally been portrayed in terms of animosities between Christians and Muslims. This study problematizes that statement by analysing several conflict drivers seen through two perspectives. The first purpose of this study was to contrast previous research regarding conflict factors in the Moluccas to the perceptions of the local youths’. There is a research gap regarding the youths’ experiences of the conflict, which this study aims to bridge. A second purpose was to analyse discrepancy between the academic literature and the youths’ bottom-up perspective. The final purpose was to apply the theory of collective guilt to explain and analyse the youths’ memories and perceptions regarding the conflict factors in the Moluccas. The qualitative case study approach was adopted since it could include both in-depth interviews and an assessed literature review. Six in-depth interviews were conducted in Indonesia which explored the youth’s perceptions. The critically assessed literature review was used to obtain data from secondary sources regarding the same conflict factors, as was explored by the interviews. The first part of the analysis exposed a discrepancy between the two perspectives regarding some of the conflict factors. The collective guilt analysis found that the youths only seem to experience a rather limited feeling of collective guilt. This is because all strategies to reduce collective guilt were represented in the youths’ perceptions. -

We will be looking for it on this tour. www.birdingecotours.com [email protected] 2 | ITINERARY Sulawesi and Halmahera Birding Spectacular 2019 Sulawesi, a large, four-pronged island of Indonesia that sits between Borneo and New Guinea, is an amazing destination. Rich tropical jungles and rainforest peaks hold some 42 range-restricted species, including 12 endemic genera! Probably most famous among these endemic birds is the Standardwing bird-of-paradise, whose raucous calls echo through the forest from their leks. Stunningly-colored kingfishers illuminate the forest along with the mound-building Maleo, Purple-bearded Bee-eater are hawking for insects, and brightly-colored parrots, woodpeckers, and stunning hornbills abound. Not only are the birds spectacular, but many endemic mammals also inhabit this island. This itinerary gives us a chance to crisscross the island to find the best spots in this most endemic-rich place. The adjacent smaller island of Halmahera is similarly- packed with north-Moluccan endemics and is equally high on most world birders’ wish lists. Itinerary (18 days/17 nights) Day 1: Arrival in Manado – Tangkoko A flight by Silk Air departs from Singapore directly to Manado. After arrival in Manado we will drive to Tangkoko Nature Reserve (two to three hours). We’ll spend the afternoon birding around the park; at this time we should get a chance to see one of the smallest primates on earth, the Spectral Tarsier, as well as the Celebes Crested Macaque. -

SUNDAY M7.2 EARTHQUAKE IN 14 JUL 2019 NORTH MALUKU, INDONESIA 2230 HRS UTC +7 FLASH UPDATE #1 The estimated hazard exposure from DMRS, powered by PDC Indonesia • Indonesia’s Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) reported a strong magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck North Maluku Province on Sunday, 14 July 2019, at 16:10 (UTC+7). The earthquake is reported to have a shallow epicentre at 10-km depth, which is located about 62-km north east of Labuha town (0.59°S,128.06°E). • According to Indonesia’s National Disaster Management Organisation (BNPB), Labuha endured Intensity VI, or strong shaking. While several other areas are reported to have experienced light to moderate shaking, such as Intensity V in Weda, and Intensity IV in Maba, Soasiu, and Ternate. • The earthquake is reported to have caused panic in several areas. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damages yet, the Local Emergency Management Authorities and local governments are conducting rapid assessment due to expected damages. • The earthquake is believed to have no potential to trigger tsunami, but six (6) aftershocks with at least magnitude 5.0 are already reported (see map on the next page): 1.
