Prefacing the notes is a summary of Imperial College’s key findings based on comments made, which will be drawn out further in the final report for ‘The Operator’s Story’. Method This content is a collation in note form of views expressed in the interviews that were conducted for this study. This has been the subject of much correspondence from those afflicted with the problem and we are very fortunate to have a number of people with us this morning who are going to be able to speak to how it has been impacting on them and their neighbourhood and their neighbours. We are also very fortunate to have some guests from Transport for London (TfL) who are, hopefully, going to be able to explain some of the ins and outs of the solutions and how quickly they may or may not be applied.
