Colonel Hon. H; Byng, Equerry in Waiting, was at the Station, and placed upon, the coffin a wreath sent by The Queen. Guards of Honour of the 3rd Battalion Grenadier Guards, under the command of Captain R. Scott-Kerr, and of the Royal Navy, under the command of Commander Neville, were mounted at the Station. The Coffin having been removed from the Train by a party from The Duke of Clarence's own Troop of the 10th Royal Hussars, " The Prince of Wales's Own," a procession was formed in the following order:— Escort of the 2nd Life Guards, under the command of Captain H. S. Naylor Leyland. Bands of the Three Regiments of Foot Guards playing Chopin's Funeral March and Beethoven's Funeral March alternately. A Party of the 10th Royal Hussars, " Prince of Wales's Own."     Austenasian Constitution of 2011 We, the People and Government of the Empire of Austenasia, do proclaim and establish this Austenasian Constitution of 2011, in order to do away with the problems that resulted from the previous non-detailed Constitution, to reaffirm the sources of sovereignty and political power, and to establish a stronger, more stable, and more perfect Empire for ourselves and for posterity: I. The Empire of Austenasia A. This Constitution affirms the right of the Austen family, the senders of the 2008 Declaration of Independence, to national self-determination as a group of people sharing a common ancestry and culture, living on the same area of land, and identifying themselves as a people and a nation. The 2008 Declaration of Independence is therefore hereby declared to have been a valid declaration of the Empire of Austenasia to be an independent nation-state. B. The Empire of Austenasia is declared to have been a sovereign state, independent under international law and the principle of national self- determination, since 11:30 on Saturday 20 September 2008. C. The Empire of Austenasia is independent and separate from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, although a large dependency upon trade with the United Kingdom is acknowledged. D. As of 20 September 2011, the Empire of Austenasia consists of the Towns of Wrythe, Zephyria, and Glencrannog. E. HIH Crown Prince Jonathan shall hold the title “Founder of Austenasia” in perpetuity.     I His Serene Highness Prince Sithiporn Kridakara ( · His Serene Highness Prince Sithiporn Kridakara passed away on 22 June 1971. Prince Sithiporn was born on 11 April 1883, the fourth son of His Royal Highness Prince Krisdapiniharn, Krom Phra Nares Voraridb. He was thus a grandson of King Mongkut and a nephew of King Chulalongkorn. He was educated at Harrow and the City and Guild's Technical College, now a part of London University. Returning to Siam in 1901, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as one of the Secretaries to the General Adviser. Four years later, he was transferred to the Ministry of Finance's Opium Department of which he rose to become Director-General. He resigned in 1921 to live in the country and to start an experi­ mental farm as Bangberd, 400 kilometres south of Bangkok. There, he experimented with may new crops hitherto unknown to Siam. To UBITUAHIES stimuiate new ways of thinking about agriculture, he co-founded a monthly agricultural journal called Kasikorn or The Fanner in 1927. In 1931, he was recalled to become Director-General of the Agricultural Inspection Department. Prince Sithiporn at once established three agricultural experimental stations in the North, the Northeast and the South. These stations were later expanded to become agricultural schools, demonstrations farms and extension agencies. This second period of government service was terminated by the 1932 Revolution which brought in its train more than 0 a decade of great misfortune for Prince Sithiporn. In 1944 Prince Sithiporn went back to Bangberd to rehabilitate hi s farm. He was recalled to be Minister of Agriculture in the Kbuang Abhaiwong cabinet of 1947-1948.

Note N. 1 Mr. Ambassador, Considering that the Agreement on the Employment of Dependents of Diplomatic and Consular Personnel, signed on July 8, 1987 between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the United States of America (“the Agreement”), stipulates in paragraph 8 that the Agreement is valid for a period of 6 (six) years and can be renewed for an equal period of time, by an understanding between both parties. 2. Considering that the mentioned Agreement was extended on July 8, 2005 for 6 (six) years, until July 8, 2011. 3. Considering the positive results that the Agreement has provided to both countries, I have the honor to propose that the first sentence of paragraph 8 be amended by deleting the existing sentence and replacing it with the following: “The present agreement will remain in force for an indefinite period of time.” 4. Furthermore, considering the importance of this Agreement to the families of the employees from our respective countries, I have the honor to propose to Your Excellency an amendment to paragraph 3 of the Agreement to add the following: “;(e) accredited domestic partners” following the phrase “physical or mental handicaps”. 5. If the Government of the United States agrees with this proposal, this Note and a Note of response by Your Excellency, which expresses your agreement with the proposal, will constitute an amendment to the Agreement which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency’s Note in reply.

    MANUAL OF PROTOCOL MANUAL OF PROTOCOL AND ORDER OF OPERATIONS OF THE COLLEGE OF MONARCHS I ARTICLE ONE: COLLEGE OFFICERS I.1 Section One: Election of College Officers I.1.1 The College of Monarchs shall meet jointly with the Board of Directors at the Transition Meeting (Date and Time to be established by the outgoing President of the Board and the Minister of Protocol prior to each Coronation). At this joint meeting, the College of Monarchs will elect the presiding officers of the College of Monarchs – the Minister of Protocol, the Secretary of the College of Monarchs, and the Coronation Coordinator. I.1.2 The Minister of Protocol shall be selected from and by active members of the College of Monarchs and is elected by simple majority vote. I.1.3 Election of the Minister of Protocol shall be conducted by secret ballot. 1.1.4 Once the Minister of Protocol has been elected, the newly elected Minister of Protocol shall conduct the election of the Secretary of the College and the Coronation Coordinator. 1.1.5 Election of remaining officers shall be conducted by secret ballot with the Minister of Protocol tabulating and announcing the results of the election. I.2 Section Two: Term of Office and Succession I.2.1 The term of office of the officers of the College of Monarchs shall be from the date of their election to the date of the election of their successors. 1.2.2 Officers of the College of Monarchs may succeed themselves in office. I.3 Section Three: Rights and Duties of the Minister of Protocol I.3.1 The Minister of Protocol shall preside over the meetings of the College of Monarchs.

    TOAST BY PM LEE HSIEN LOONG AT THE OFFICIAL DINNER HOSTED IN HONOUR OF HIS SERENE HIGHNESS HEREDITARY PRINCE ALOIS VON UND ZU LIECHTENSTEIN, CROWN PRINCE OF THE PRINCIPALITY OF LIECHTENSTEIN Your Serene Highness Prince Alois of Liechtenstein Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen 1. It is my pleasure to welcome Your Serene Highness and your delegation back to Singapore. We are honoured that Your Serene Highness is visiting Singapore again less than three years since your last visit. 2. Singapore and Liechtenstein share many similarities. We are both small countries, surrounded by much larger neighbours. We have limited natural resources, but have developed vibrant economies and financial services sectors by creating pro-business environments. Because of our strategic situations, we both strongly support open economies and free trade. We are thus natural partners in multilateral forums, such as the UN, the Forum of Small States and the Global Governance Group (3G). In fact, Liechtenstein’s Foreign Minister Dr Aurelia Frick, who is with us tonight, coined the name “Global Governance Group”. The 3G has been a useful platform for us to engage the G20 and the broader UN membership. 3. Our bilateral cooperation is strong, even though we only established diplomatic relations in 2010. Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Minister Frick signed an Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreement. This will boost trade and investment between our countries. I am also glad that you have brought a business delegation to Singapore. I hope they are excited about the opportunities in Asia, and see value in using Singapore as a springboard to the region.
