Abstract: In this paper it has been investigated the issue of the dynamics of the rural population in villages in the mountainous areas of the municipality of Prilep height distribution of the mountainous villages, the area size, absolute density and agrarian population in hilly-mountainous villages, the distance of the hill-mountain villages of the municipality center and institutional infrastructure hilly-mountainous areas in Prilep. Despite the demographic decline that was made in the past 45 years, the municipality and the country will have even more incentive in the coming years to invest in infrastructure to improve little very bad living conditions and foremost here we think of infrastructure, roads, water drinking, clinics, veterinary stations, public transportation, gas stations, stores, construction of ethnic restaurants and small hotels so that at least the older generations of the cities as the least retirement to spend at home, to create minimum conditions for living and so that villages in hilly and mountainous villages to be attractive to younger generations of the cities and migrant workers from European countries and America Australia frequently to visit home, and to be able to invest in small commercial buildings in the area of tourism. -

This report highlights some of the key human rights concerns for Roma in Macedonia, based on permanent monitoring by the ERRC and NRC of the human rights situation of Roma in the country. The issues raised in this report implicate Mac- edonia’s obligations under the following human rights laws: International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, International Convention on the Elimina- tion of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, International Convention on the Rights of the Child. antI-dIscrIMInatIon laW The Law for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination (LPPD) was adopted on 8 February 2010, and came into force in January 2011.1 The law provoked controversy, as some legal experts claimed that it is not in compliance with EU law, due to the fact that sexual orientation was not explicitly included as a possible ground for discrimination.2 Furthermore, there are other issues of non-compliance with the EU Racial Equality Directive and the Employment Equality Directive, such the use of statistics as evidence in indirect discrimination cases and the fact that the capacity of associations to bring an action is limited to judicial procedures only and the collec- tive interest of certain groups (the group s are not specified by the law). -

Situation analysis Description of the disaster In the last week of January, Macedonia was affected by storms with heavy rainfalls and snow in the higher areas. The storms caused serious damages in the eastern part of the country, especially in the Municipality of Karbinci where a few villages were immediately evacuated due to the rise of the water levels of the rivers as well as the artificial lake Kalimanci and Gradche where the dams reached their full capacity. Due to the efforts of the National Coordinative Body, the people were evacuated in the city of Shtip or Radovish, while the cattle were moved to lands on a higher altitude. -

This will be NINA’s usual form of reporting completed re- search, monitoring or review work to clients. In addition, the series will include much of the insti- tute’s other reporting, for example from seminars and conferences, results of internal research and review work and literature studies, etc. NINA report may also be issued in a second language where appropriate. NINA Special Report (NINA Temahefte) As the name suggests, special reports deal with special subjects. Special reports are produced as required and the series ranges widely: from systematic identification keys to information on impor- tant problem areas in society. NINA special reports are usually given a popular scientific form with more weight on illustrations than a NINA report. The trial was set up in the Experimental field of Tobacco Institute – Prilep in 2010, 2011 and 2012, in randomized block design with four replications. Traditional agricultural practices were applied for realization of the experiment. The aim of investigations was through biometric analysis of the above quantitative trait to evaluate the variability of the commercial varieties, and thus give an assessment of their stability and guidance for their further expansion and maintenance. No significant differences were observed between the three years of investigation, which is an indication that green mass yield per stalk is highly heritable traits and varietal characteristic. Statistical parameters of variability are low, which is an indication of stable and homozygous genotypes, adapted to agro–ecological conditions of the region. Results on the standard deviation and variability coefficient were lower in 2012, because the seed sawn in this crop was obtained from one stalk for each variant isolated in 2010 and again from one stalk isolated in 2011. -

All 34 country Breports included in this book follow a unique structure that is convenient, first, for com- EUROPEAN paring country reports and, second, for selected readings on a particular topic such as politics, employment, or education with regards to Islamophobia across Europe. ISLAMOPHOBIA The present report investigates in detail the underlying dynamics that directly or indirectly support the rise of anti-Muslim racism in Europe. This extends from Islamophobic state- ments spread in national media to laws and policies that restrain the fundamental rights REPORT of European Muslim citizens. As a result, the European Islamophobia Report 2018 dis- cusses the impact of anti-Muslim discourse on human rights, multiculturalism, and the 2018 state of law in Europe. This fourth edition of our report highlights how European societies are challenged by the ENES BAYRAKLI • FARID HAFEZ (Eds) rise of violent far-right groups that do not only preach hatred of Muslims but also partici- pate in the organization of bloody terror attacks.
