We are having issues burning evidence for court cases to DVD using the native WinX app. We have been doing so for years in Win7. WinX seems to be very inconsistent on at least one PC and perhaps others. We would like to read the User Manual on this topic. We reached out for support a few months ago and have yet to get a good resolution. We can't seem to get the disk finalized. This is required to prevent folks from deleting evidence from official records distribution. We must supply both sides of each case the same information and do not want any tampering of evidence from unfinalized DVD. Answers. We haven’t found available source to download the User Manual , there is an app in Windows 10 called Tips which containing particular user guide, but guess it’s not which you are requiring. Windows 10 can burn a CD or DVD using Windows 10 (built-in CD/DVD burning feature) or Windows Media Player, as I shared above. We are able to burn disk, which are not finalized. I'll give your link a view and hopefully all will be known. I sure wish I had a full and complete User Manual. I can not send evidence DVDs out if folks can delete evidence files from the unfinalized DVDs.
