Partijbestuur Het Partijbestuur bestaat uit de leden van het Dagelijks Bestuur, de voorzitters van alle provinciale afdelingen, de voorzitters van CDJA en CDAV en vijf vrijgekozen leden. Adviseurs van het Partijbestuur zijn de voorzitters van de CDA-fracties in de Eerste en Tweede Kamer en van de delegatie in het Europees Parlement, de directeur van het Wetenschappelijk Instituut, de voorzitter van de Bestuurdersvereniging en de voorzitter van de CDA-senioren. Članica je Hrvatskoga politološkog društva i Kluba hrvatskih humboltovaca. 5 6 Sažetak Rad se bavi istraživanjem učinaka personalizacije izbornog sustava prije svega na političke stranke i kandidate za zastupnike. Pod personalizacijom izbornog sustava smatra se uvođenje mehanizama u izborni sustav koji osiguravaju veću ulogu birača u izboru njihovih parlamentarnih zastupnika. U radu su predstavljene četiri gusto opisane studije slučaja koje su služile kao temelj za testiranje temeljne i pomoćnih hipoteza.
