WELCOME TO OUR NEW SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER: SHARLLES MENEZES We’re excited to welcome Sharlles Menezes as the newest member of the management team at Peachtree Center, overseeing property management for Tower 235 (North), Tower 225 (South) and The Hub.

Sharlles moved to the United States in 1998 and began his career at Post Properties, where he has spent that past 21+ years gaining extensive industry experience in janitorial and engineering, in addition to office building and retail management. Fun fact – he speaks three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese!

1010 BRINGS HIS ELECTRIC ART TO THE ROOF WITH “PARADIGM SHIFT” Peachtree Center was thrilled to once again partner with Living Walls and International Corporate Art to transform the building rooftop at the rear of the Plaza with an intricate piece of art, a vantage point for tenants in many of Peachtree Center’s office towers. Designed and painted by German-based artist 1010, the mural, titled “Paradigm Shift,” features obscure shapes underlined by an amazing 3D optical illusion!
