And subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee INVITED Gymnasts from PAGU affiliated federations in good standing with the FIG and PAGU FEDERATIONS may participate. AGE LIMITS Rhythmic: Junior (13 – 15) in 2014 Trampoline: Junior (13-17) in 2014 For the Youth Olympic Games qualification, the age eligibility is 15 (born 1999) for Rhythmic and 16-17 (born 1997-1998) for Trampoline. All athletes must have a valid FIG license FIG LICENSES All competitors are required to have a valid license issued by the FIG. The license must be presented at accreditation JUDGES Each participating country is required to provide at least 1 judge per disciplined entered. Judges must have a current valid FIG brevet. In order to have an adequate number of qualified judges for the competition, countries are encouraged to bring more than the required number, with no limit to the number of judges per country. Judges may be assigned to Junior Pan American Championships. REGISTRATION 1. Monday, February 10, 2014: Provisional Registration DEADLINES 2. Monday, April 7, 2014: Nominative Registration; Remaining travel package balance due REGISTRATION 2014 Junior Pan American Championships: FEES All Athletes: $50 per athlete Additional Delegation members: $100 per person ACCREDITATION The accreditation system identifies individuals participating in the event and indicates that these individuals are permitted access. There will be access control at entrance to each area. All participants are required to wear their accreditation at all times in the competition venue.

Heads of Delegation are required to verify the names of their entire delegation, present FIG licenses for their athletes, present proof of insurance, hand in their national anthem and national flag and pay any outstanding amounts due to the Organizing Committee at registration prior to receiving the delegation’s credentials. MEDICAL SERVICES Host will provide Certified Athletic Trainers at all training and competition sessions. VISA Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to the United States. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made before February 10, 2014 to the OC. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the delegation members. INSURANCE The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy).
