Ongoing OH to contact PC 3.0 Co-ordination of Roadworks 3.1 Item 3.1.1 FC North A917 Brownhills to Castle Golf Club - c/way and drainage works. This will have an impact on St.Andrews B946 Newport Road, Tayport - FC to liaise with BEAR A91 East Road, Pitscottie Road, Westfield Road, Cupar -c/way scheme - no dates as yet , will have impact on Cupar Town Centre Bawbee Bridge, Leven - 2020 - any issues contact MB Item 3.1.2 FC South Masterton Road, Dunfermline works starts Monday 22nd April A985 Admiralty Road, Inverkeithing lane closure Sunday 28th April Kirkcaldy half marathon Sunday 25th August 10am to 1pm with localised road closures. Diversion routes on SRWR, please avoid. Women's Cycle Race starting in Dundee throughout Fife finishing at Pittencrieff Park, Dunfermline. August. Details will be published once more information available. Any issues contact IJ Susan Pickcard, Energetics joined the meeting 3.2 Item 3.2.1 BEAR Northeast 2 A92 Lochgelly S/B - contraflow - no dates as yet A92 South of Kilmany - no dates as yet A92 Fernie to Ayton - no dates as yet A92 Ladybank - no dates as yet M90 jct. 4 overbridge at Kelty A92 Dundonald 3.3 Item 3.3.1 AMEY Clackmannanshire Bridge Expansion joint replacement Oct 2019 to March 2020 Kincardine Bridge waterproofing July to Sept. 2019 Kincardine Bridge painting June 2019 Kincardine Bridge Pier concrete repairs Sept.2019 A985/A977 solar bollard upgrade - May 2019 A977 Approach to Longannet R/A - July 2019 A985 E/B East of Crombie - Jan.2020 Item 3.3.2 AMEY Forth Crossings JR advised FRB restrictions c/way and f/way - contraflow until February 2020 Queens Crossing traffic management - snagging works to be completed for handover end of September. 4 planned schemes - no dates as yet Jct's 2 & 3 night-time works ongoing Jct 3 off-slip closed, trying to tie in dates, will have impact on buses 3.4 Item 3.4.1 Scottish Water The Avenue, Lochgelly new water main, will be working on part of road not yet resurfaced. Ongoing Item 3.4.6 Energetics No major works 4 Item 3.4.7 Vodafone No planned works Item 3.4.8 Network Rail No Issues 4.0 Performance 4.1 IJ identified the following issues:- Energetics sample B inspection 50% pass rate. Openrereach sample B inspection 86.2%pass rate Scottish Power sample B inspection 88.9% pass rate Investigation required by the respective Undertakers. IJ agreed that the individual LA ref. could be provided but the information is readily available from the SRWR. 5.0 Coring 5.1 MB & JC confirmed that the sample down load obtained. All SU's have confirmed who the contacts are. 6.0 Safety & TM Issues 6.1 IJ advised of a SW site at Ovenstone where the contractor was observed working with no legal road closure and also no PPE. CC confirmed The contractor was investigating and awaiting the outcome of the investigation. CC to advise. 6.2 HM raised concerns a re verge molings works on the A92 at Fernie, no agreed network access and concerns at the quality of the work. 6.3 IJ continued to raise concerns re the TM companies working for S.U. submitting TTROs that are not required and also quality of the TM arrangements and submissions. Greater supervision by those employing is required. 5 6.4 MK also had concerns re safety / implications being ignored and the ramifications that could ensue. He is looking for more discussion on this topic and also more detailed information / feedback. Local Issues 7.0 7.1 OH raised the issue of prospectively adoptable roads .
