Een ongewone tentoonstelling Omdat de Ronde van Frankrijk dit jaar in Brussel vertrekt, denken we ook terug aan de eerste zege van de grootste wielerkampioen aller tijden: Eddy Merckx. Wist u trouwens dat de gele trui dit jaar ook 100 jaar bestaat? Wat alles extra magisch maakt, is het feit dat Eddy Merckx het record draagt voor de meeste dagen in het geel tijdens de Ronde van Frankrijk. Hij heeft de felbegeerde kleur maar liefst 96 dagen lang gedragen. Dit legendarische stukje wielergeschiedenis komt tot leven in de tentoonstelling 'Cycling Legends', die verdeeld is in drie hoofdthema's: * 200 jaar verhalen over de grootste kampioenen (1819 – 2019), * de galerie over het honderdjarige bestaan van de gele trui (1919 – 2019) * een deel dat exclusief gewijd is aan de grootste Belgische kampioenen (1919 – 2019). Bereid u alvast voor op een golf van emoties wanneer u de fietsen, uitrusting en trofeeën van tal van kampioenen met eigen ogen ziet, naast een collectie zeldzame oude posters, historische documenten en andere interessante stukken.

Gli organizzatori dell’Unione Ciclistica Casazza, in collaborazione con l’i- deatore della manifestazione Ennio Vanotti, hanno deciso infatti di sposare questa causa, unendosi a importanti enti nazionali come l’Assocorridori e la Fiab (Federazione Italiana Amici della Bicicletta), che già da qualche anno si stanno muovendo per diffondere una corretta cultura del ciclismo sulle nostre strade. E quali migliori testimonial di chi ha scritto le pagine più belle del ciclismo internazionale? A Casazza, come sempre, i partecipanti saranno di primis- simo piano: da Moser a Savoldelli, da Chiappucci a Contini, passando per Dancelli, Zandegù, Visentini, Guerini e molti altri ancora.
