Meeting place Ceremony Amphitheatre (A0) at Medical Faculty annex Niš

On-site registration Each participant/company must fill in the on-site registration forms (7-9 May, from 8:00 to 11:00), located at the reception desk. Information such as name, full address, e-mail and fax will be mandatory for each registration, whether personal or sponsored. It will be possible to pay by using bank cheques (already issued) and bank transfers (in which case a copy of the original bank transfer receipt issued by the bank must be handed in while registering) and cash. The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, one congress bag with complete meeting materials, unlimited access to all scientific sessions, and certificate. Identification We kindly ask you to carry your ID cards and bags with you during meeting activities. Only with ID card you will be able to enter a meeting room and exhibition space. Attendance certificates Attendance certificates will be delivered on request to all regularly registered participants at the end of the meeting.

General Information

Languages The official language of the Meeting is English. Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided. All presentation slides will be in English. Presentations Oral presentations - duration 20 minutes, including discussion. Slides should be in English, and presentations can be held in English or Serbian. A projector (video beamer) with accompanying equipment will be available. Presentation should be prepared in PowerPoint, using Times New Roman or Arial font. Poster presentations - panels for posters have width of 120 cm and height of 80 cm. Posters should be in English. Poster presentation will be organized in the hall of Faculty (annex). Discussion will be in English and Serbian. Welcome reception The Opening Ceremony of the Congress will be held on May 7, from 16:30 to 17:15, in the Ceremony Amphitheater at the Medical Faculty of Niš. Opening Ceremony will be followed by Welcome Cocktail. No smoking Smoking in the Meeting area will not be allowed. Mobile phones Mobile phones must be switched off during scientific sessions.
