Harpreet Kaur cottish singer-songwriter and mul- ti-instrumentalist Sandi Thom will Sperform at The Domain Hotel and Spa from September 28. Her performance will coincide with the grand launch of the all-new The Privé jazz lounge. “My journey with music began as a child listening to my father play the guitar and my aunt the piano. I was mesmerized by it all. I gained a massive respect for jazz, soul and singers through my par- ent’s record collection. Artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder would often play in our house,” Sandi, who will be soon launching her sixth album, told The Tribune. Sandi will collaborate with The Privé jazz lounge to popularise Jazz in the King- dom. Post-launch she will be performing at The Privé on all week-ends. “My collaboration with the Domain Hotel is something new to me. It’s a new exciting challenge and one that gives me the opportunity to once again perform on a weekly basis. Since my son Logan was born I was pretty much immersed myself in motherhood and stopped live shows. But with Logan now two-and-a-half I’m able to perform again and what better way to do this than to collaborate on the launch of my very own weekly show right on my doorstep, “ she said. Sandi Thom has been active in the mu- sic scene since 2004. She is renowned for her sensational voice, having graduated Sandi Thom
