PLANNING DIVISION PUBLICATION LIST

The -Dade Department of Planning and Zoning is the agency responsible for planning and growth management in Miami-Dade County, . It gathers and analyzes data about land use, population, employment, and urban development patterns within the county. The following is the list of publications and maps currently available for sale. These documents may be reviewed or purchased during normal business hours (8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday). METROPOLITAN PLANNING PUBLICATIONS

Code MP 44-48 The CDMP is the officially approved plan for the future development of Miami-Dade County. The last major update was in 1997 and later amended in 1999. The plan is presented in a written report and a future land use map. The map was printed in 1998 and needs a set of amended supplements to bring it up to date. It is a two- sided map and you will need two copies if you plan to use it to display the entire County.
