C.I. 0925727224 vi RESUMEN La investigación de la presente tesis se la llevó a efecto en el edificio de procesamiento de carne para consumo humano perteneciente al municipio cantón la libertad de la provincia de Santa Elena república del Ecuador cuyas coordenada geográficas U.T.M. son: ESTE 17M0513071 Y NORTE 9754041Satelite WGS84. Se realizó un muestreo de 1200 bovino faenados dentro de los meses octubre noviembre y diciembre del 2012 para determinar la incidencia de la tuberculosis bovina que es una enfermedad crónica granulomatosa que afecta una gama amplia de hospedadores entre los que se encuentra el ser humano, el agente causal es Mycobacterium bovis. En estudio de exploración que se realizó de la patologías que fue, la inspección post-mortem, del 100% del ganado bovino que se faeno presentó un total de 0% en prevalencia, lo que quiere decir que en el camal Municipal de este cantón no se encontraron casos de Tuberculosis. No se reportó la enfermedad por lo cual en este estudio que este camal de procesamiento de carne está libre de Tuberculosis bovina. Simultáneamente se analizaron otros tipos de patologías como enfisema, hígado ictérico, mastitis, bronconeumonía, abscesos hepáticos, neumonía. La procedencia de animales fue de la provincia del Guayas, Santa Elena, y Esmeralda lo que demuestra el departamento de La Agencia Ecuatoriana de Aseguramiento de Calidad del Agro perteneciente al Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería Acuacultura y Pesca controlando estas fechas la enfermedad de la tuberculosis. El proceso para determinar esta enfermedad se hizo poniendo en práctica las enseñanzas vertidas por los docentes de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia de la Universidad Agraria del Ecuador en lo cual no se pudo observar la patología. Al no existir esta enfermedad no se pudo determinar el estado de carne de los bovinos faenados. vii SUMMARY The research of this thesis has led to the building effect on meat processing for human consumption in the municipality freedom canton in the province of Santa Elena Ecuador republic whose geographical coordinates UTM are: EAST AND NORTH 9754041Satelite 17M0513071 WGS84. Simultaneously other diseases such as emphysema, liver jaundice, mastitis, bronchopneumonia, liver abscesses, pneumonia were analyzed. The origin of animals was the province of Guayas, Santa Elena, and Esmeralda demonstrating the department's Ecuadorian Quality Assurance Agency of Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Aquaculture controlling these dates tuberculosis disease. The process for determining this disease was putting into practice the teachings expressed by teachers of Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural University of Ecuador in which was not observed pathology. Se buscó esta- muestras respectivamente. Phylogenetically, the strain was a member of 12 the family Gordoniaceae, order Mycobacteriales, class Actinobacteria. Phylogenetic 13 analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequence comparisons revealed that the closest 14 relative was the type strain of Williamsia faeni JCM 17784T with pair-wise sequence 15 similarity of 98.4%.
