From 1 January 2018, Twin Towns will implement stricter rules to ensure your card is only used by you and the benefits derived from your membership are yours alone to enjoy. If you lose it, any monetary value stored on your card needs to be protected, just like your bank keycard or credit card. From thereon, it’s likely your membership card may be worthy of some real respect.
