INTRODUCTION Welcome to IE expo China 2018—Asia’s Leading Trade Fair for Environmental Technology Solutions: Water, Waste, Air and Soil！ In order to assist you in preparing for the upcoming exhibition, we have designed this Exhibitor Manual to simplify your arrangements. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us – our staff is more than eager to assist you with any concerns you may have. Here are some tips to get the most value out of your Exhibitor Manual: 1. What Kind of Exhibitor are you? What have you applied for at IE expo China 2018, a shell scheme booth or a raw space booth? Once you have identified what kind of exhibitor you are, you can go straight into the forms that are relevant and are required to be submitted to prepare for your participation. Section II.C Optional Forms will be useful if you require any additional services during the show. 2. Follow the Deadlines: The chronological order form directory on page 3 - 5 is helpful for every exhibitor. Following this directory will save your time and money. Please ensure that all the forms are returned as required by their respective deadlines. 3. Forms: We recommend that you make copies of all the forms you submit and keep them in your files. Exhibi- tors signing up after the respective deadlines should submit all forms immediately by fax. 4.
