Seventy four species, belonging to 58 genera, 42 families, 13 orders and 7 classes within Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were determined. The list of the taxa is presented together with their habitats and localities. As a result of the field and laboratory studies, 148 fungal species were identified. With the addition of formerly recorded 14 species in the study area, a total of 162 species belonging to 87 genera, 49 families, and 17 orders were listed. Key words: Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Ankara, Turkey. Özet: Bu çalışma, Ankara Üniversitesi Tandoğan Kampüsü'nden (Ankara) 2017 ve 2019 yılları arasında toplanan mantar ve enfekte olmuş konukçu bitki örneklerine dayanmaktadır. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda 148 mantar türü tespit edilmiştir. Daha önce bildirilen 14 tür dahil olmak üzere 17 ordo, 49 familya, 87 cinse mensup 162 tür listelenmiştir. In the field and during laboratory studies, 157 taxa belonging to 2 divisions and 51 families were identified. Among them, 8 families and 12 taxa belong to Ascomycota, and 43 families and 145 taxa belong to Basidiomycota. Moreover, 10 taxa—Dumontinia tuberosa, Lycoperdon lambinonii, Conocybe mesospora, Pholiotina striipes, Hebeloma sordidum, Antrodia ramentacea, Leucogyrophana romellii, Diplomitoporus flavescens, Alutaceodontia alutacea, and Tulasnella violea—were found in the Turkish mycobiota for the first time. This fungus is characterized by stiff, superficial, brown excipular hairs, smooth, eguttulate ascospores, and a thin ectal excipulum composed of globose to angular-globose cells. Phylogenetic analyses of nLSU rDNA sequence data support the recognition of Chaetothiersia as a distinct genus, and suggest a close relationship to the genus Paratrichophaea.
