Shout Outreach cospon- sored this event with Trance to accomplish two things. One was to increase awareness about HIV and the other to raise money to bring some of the National AIDS Quilt Panels to Erie for the many World AIDS day events. Due to the cuts in funding to HIV prevention, bringing in the panels would not work with our bud- gets. Part of the money raised will help defray the cost of the quilts and was given to the Erie County De- partment of Health. The rest of the money will be spent on another awareness evening at Trance. The evening will include a reading from Paul Rudnick’s “The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told” on December 1, for the World Aids Day observance. Shout Outreach would like to thank Lee, Tim, and their staff for all their help and their “open door policy” to SHOUT Outreach.
