SunRail Ridership Research • High awareness of the name “SunRail.” An average of 92.4 percent of those responding in the phone and street-intercept surveys, in addition to the 65 small-group participants, said they had heard about SunRail before they were interviewed • More than 30 percent of the participants in the phone survey and small groups knew that SunRail operations would begin in 2014.
