It peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in one week in June 1979, interrupting Donna Summer's Hot Stuff to become the third single from the album. In the UK, the single peaked at number 13 in two weeks. It was the ninth and final number one hit for the Bee Gees in the United States. The trio will not return to the top 10, for ten years, with the song One. Von Song is a slow funk groove number. During the recording, the Bee Gees played a prank on their manager Robert Stigwood, sending him a version with a string back and forth with my hanging out to see if he was paying attention to their work. For the released version, the back and forth line with my heart hangs out. The achievement of Love You Inside Out was a high-end single for The Bee Gees, earning it a permanent place in rock history when it reached number one on the Billboard U.S. charts. It was the band's ninth number one single in the United States (tenth if you include Lonely Days, which peaked at number one on the Cashbox charts in 1971), with more number one singles than any other artist of the 1970s. It was the sixth consecutive single by Bee Gees in one year. The only other band that achieved this was The Beatles. It was the third consecutive number one single from Spirits Having Flown, which followed three consecutive number one singles from their previous album Saturday Night Fever. At that time, no other artist has ever had three consecutive number one singles from two consecutive albums. At the time, he put them in fourth place among all artists with number one singles (9) and fourth place in total weeks (27) at number one. Billboard has chosen Love You Inside Out as one of the best cuts in spirits flying. The song debuted #28 in the UK. In 2004, the song was written by Feist (under the title Inside and Out) on her 2004 album Let It Die. It was released as the third single from the album in 2005. A smooth jazz version of saxophonist Arturo Tappin (Love You Inside and Out) is released on his 2007 album Inside Out. Love You Inside Out was selected by Snoop Dogg for his rap single Ups and Downs in 2005 on the rap group Nemesis' hit Cantifiguritout. The song was also selected by R. Kelly and J.C. Honey's hit.     The new artists of the 2016 show Dennis Bryon (original drummer of the Bee Gees) Born in Cardiff / Wales Dennis started at the age of 14 to play the drums. Together with Blue Weaver he started the group Amen Corner one of the most popular European bands in the 60ties. In 1973 Dennis became member of The Bee Gees Band. In that period with Dennis on drums they became one of the most popular bands of all time. During his musical career Dennis wrote, produced and performed with amongst others Barbra Streisand, Jimi Hendrix and Bill Lloyd. Till Nau ( director and choreographer). Till started his career by playing in musicals. He did performances for instance in the Palladium Theater Stuttgart (Mama Mia), in the National Theater in Mannheim (Anything Goes), at the Thuner Seefestspielen (West Side Story) and in the Hamburg theater (Marilyn, das musical). He was musical leader and dance captain from 2007 until 2010 for Aida Cruises worldwide, for Phoenix Travels and the National Theater Mannheim. Since 2000 he already is choreagrapher and director in different theaters. And the past years he has also been teacher on musical schools. Astrid Hagenah (dancer, actress) Astrid graduated on the Stage School Hamburg being musical actress. She has learned countless different dance types like: jazz, modern, standard and latin dances as well as street dance and ballet. She got stage experience in several shows in Germany like: Monday Nights, Shanti, Junglebook etc. Being a dance teacher as well she's also often asked to perform in music videos. Selle, brought a suit against three brothers, Maurice, Robin and Barry Gibb, known collectively as the popular singing group, the Bee Gees, alleging that the Bee Gees, in their hit tune, “How Deep Is Your Love,” had infringed the copyright of his song, “Let It End.” The jury returned a verdict in plaintiff’s favor on the issue of liability in a bifurcated trial. The district court, Judge George N. Leighton, granted the defendants’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and, in the alternative, for a new trial. Selle v. Gibb, 567 F.Supp. 1173 (N.D.Ill.1983). We affirm the grant of the motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. I Selle composed his song, “Let It End,” in one day in the fall of 1975 and obtained a copyright for it on November 17, 1975. He played his song with his small band two or three times in the Chicago area and sent a tape and lead sheet of the music to eleven music recording and publishing companies. Eight of the companies returned the materials to Selle; three did not respond. This was the extent of the public dissemination of Selle’s song.1 Selle first became aware of the Bee Gees’ song, “How Deep Is Your Love,” in May 1978 and thought that he recognized the music as his own, although the lyrics were different.
