Les Présidents De La Commission Des Curateurs Les Présidents de la Commission des Curateurs Conformément au testament du Fondateur datant du 5 octobre 1853 et aux dispositions statutaires, la Commission des Curateurs de la Fondation J.-P. PESCATORE est présidée de droit par le Ministre d’Etat, Président du Gouvernement. Le Bourgmestre de la Ville de Luxembourg, également membre de droit, assume la vice-présidence. Entre 1856 et 1908, les Ministres d’Etat subséquents assistaient le plus souvent en personne aux réunions de la Commission des Curateurs. En cas d’empêchement ils se faisaient remplacer par un Directeur Général (Ministre) ou un Conseiller de Gouvernement de leur choix. Paul EYSCHEN, Ministre d’Etat et Président du Gouvernement de 1888 à 1915 fut le premier à désigner un délégué permanent pour le représenter au sein de la Commission des Curateurs. 16 FONDATION J.-P. FONDATION J.-P. PESCATORE / 150 e ANNIVERSAIRE 19 Deux vies pour une Fondation Né à Paris le 3 mai 1838, comme fils d’Auguste Dutreux et d’Elisabeth Pescatore, Tony Dutreux sort de l’Ecole Centrale de Paris comme major de sa promotion avec le diplôme d’ingénieur civil. Il est connu par la suite pour ses talents Tony Dutreux d’industriel et d’homme d’affaires, mais aussi pour son amour de l’art. A côté de ses travaux pour le compte du refuge et du musée Pescatore dont il Doyen des membres de la Commission des Curateurs était en charge en qualité d’administrateur, il élabora les plans du château de Kockelscheuer et se trouvait associé à la construction du Cercle municipal comme conseiller. A ce même titre, il est associé à l’électrification de la capitale. Membre de la Chambre des Députés de 1881 à 1886 et du conseil communal de la Ville de Luxembourg de 1881 à 1887, il fut encore commissaire général adjoint du Grand-Duché auprès du commissariat général des expositions universelles de Paris en 1867, 1878, 1884 et 1900. (ons stad n°8). Petit-neveu du Fondateur, il est le seul membre de la Famille à avoir siégé au sein de la Commission des Curateurs pendant une période supérieure à celle de Claude Pescatore. En effet il en était membre sans interruption, entre le 19 mars 1875 et le 27 juillet 1933, date de son décès, à l’âge de 95 ans. 20 FONDATION J.-P. PESCATORE / 150 e ANNIVERSAIRE.

Perhaps because of the country’s small size, it is often overlooked in accounts of Western European History. However, Luxembourgers experienced the German occupation in a unique manner, in large part because the Germans considered Luxembourgers to be ethnically and culturally German. The Germans sought to completely Germanize and Nazify the Luxembourg population, giving Luxembourgers many opportunities to resist their oppressors. Le statut de l'artiste professionnel indépendant et l'intermittent du spectacle Les bourses d'aide à la création, au perfectionnement et au recyclage artistiques a) Le statut de l'artiste professionnel indépendant La loi modifiée du 30 juillet 1999 concernant a) le statut de l'artiste professionnel indépendant et l'intermittent du spectacle, b) la promotion de la création artistique reconnaît comme artiste professionnel indépendant la personne qui, depuis au moins trois ans et en dehors de tout lien de subordination, détermine elle-même les conditions dans lesquelles elle effectue ses prestations artistiques et qui en assume le risque économique et social. La reconnaissance du statut est valable pendant 2 ans. Après chaque terme, elle pourra être renouvelée. En 2010, la commission consultative instaurée par la même loi a examiné 27 demandes, dont 20 demandes de reconduction du statut. Sur avis de la commission, le statut de l'artiste professionnel indépendant a été accordé à 20 personnes, alors que 7 dossiers ont reçu un avis négatif. L’artiste ayant obtenu le statut a droit à l’octroi d’aides lui versées par le Fonds social culturel créé auprès du Ministère ayant la culture dans ses attributions. 31 artistes ont bénéficié, en 2010, de l'aide sociale pour artistes professionnels indépendants. Le Fonds social culturel est intervenu avec un total de 185.240,30 EUR. b) L'intermittent du spectacle La loi définit l’intermittent du spectacle comme la personne qui exerce son activité soit pour le compte d'une entreprise de spectacle, soit dans le cadre d'une production notamment cinématographique, audiovisuelle, théâtrale ou musicale et qui offre ses services moyennant salaire, honoraires ou cachet sur base d’un contrat de travail à durée déterminée ou d'un contrat d'entreprise.
