This fund may not be devolved to ULBs. 6. Sr. Accounts Officer, Nj-IMwill act as Drawing & Disbursing Officer for the purpose. 7. The expenditure will be incurred under different activity heads as per norms of NUHM and to be booked under respective Tally Codes. 8. All concerned are being informed.

Indicative guideline for utilization of funds for Comprehensive Primary Health Care Services under NUHM Infrastructure Strengthening of UPHC to H&WC (Tally Code P.04.03.02.B)- Fund earmarked under this budget / activity head will be utilized for the following purpose-

• Minor renovation work if necessary • Ramp for the severe patients, pregnant women physically challenged and elderly person • Decoration for patients waiting lounge with still or iron chair and other amenities like supply of drinking water • Rack and Almirah for the storage of medicines, registers and other essential consumables of the U-PHC • Foot steps • Screen for privacy of the patients and pregnant mothers • Child friendly immunization room • Setting up of NCDcorner where NCDcases address separately • Wheel Chair • Office Chair • Doctors chairs • Mattress for bed • Bins for biomedical waste • Notice board • Etc. Equipment for U-PHCs (Tally Core P.04.03.07a) - This fund will be utilized for the procurement of following essential equipment of Suswasthya Kendras (I!ealth & Wellness Centers) as furnished in Table No. I & Table No. Il in accordance with the Memo No. I!FW-27011/163/2019-NIIM SEC -Dept. of H&W/2992, dated: 05/09/2019. In addition, this fund may be utilized to meet-up the gaps in the existing laboratory equipment of the U-PI-ICs as per modalities provided by the State in accordance with the Memo No. I-IFW/NUHM/01/2016/13, dated: 04/01/2016.

Branding and IEC activities H&WC (Tally Code P.04.06a) - Fund allotted for the purpose of branding & lEC materials of Suswasthya Kendras (Health & Wellness Centers) will have to be for the IEC of twelve (12) essential service components under Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) services and branding of Suswasthya Kendras as per prescribed matters of branding of the State annexed herewith. LED TV may be procured for display of IEC materials of (12) essential service components under Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) services during OPD hours for the patients.
