Welcome to the 2015 Private Colleges’ Job and Internship Fair

The following information will assist to make your day successful:

1. Name Badge. You should have already checked in at your college table and received your name badge. Wear your name badge at all times during the fair. We would appreciate your cooperation for security purposes.

2. Schedule. You will have the opportunity to visit employers at their exhibit booths from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

3. LinkedIn Photo Opportunity Improve your LinkedIn profile with a free headshot photographed by a professional photographer sponsored by Lifetouch in Room L100J.

4. Special Event Presentations on Wednesday, February 18, in Room L100 A/B:

Biomedical Science Panels sponsored by Aerotek. The panel presentations will take place at 10:00 (Clinical Research) and 11:30 a.m. (R & D / Laboratory Science). Panelists will present information on their organization, what they do, their career path, etc... to students interested in the industry.

Accounting/Finance Analyst Panel, Sponsored by Stephen James Associates – 1:00 p.m. This panel is a session is for students who are not interested in CPA accounting.

5. Job Fair Has Gone Mobile The Job Fair has gone MOBILE. Search for MNPC Career Fair Plus on the App Store and Play Store.

6. Student Lounge Area. There is a student lounge in L100 where you can sit, relax and prepare for the job fair. Water is available in the student lounge, interview area and the exhibit hall.

7. Food and Refreshments. Purchase food and refreshments at the concession on the street level. There are also restaurants located within close proximity outside of the Convention Center. The list is attached.

8. Coat Check. A complimentary coat check is provided where you can check your coat, backpack and/or briefcase in L100 located inside the student lounge.

9. Interviewing with an Employer. When you schedule an interview with an employer, make sure to note if the employer will be conducting interviews at their exhibit booth or in the interview room located in Exhibit Hall A. There is a student waiting area in the interview room. If you have an interview scheduled plan to arrive a few minutes early and take a seat in the waiting area. Employers will come to the waiting area and call your name when they are ready for you.

10. Internet Services. Wireless internet (connect to Exhibitor WiFi) can be purchased via credit card on your device for approximately $20 for the day. FREE PUBLIC WIFI is available in all first level lobbies.

11. Copying and Fax. Copying and faxing services are available at the UPS Store located on the street level at the top of the escalators in front of the Auditorium. The cost is approximately 15 cents per copy.
