Terms & Conditions

• Fully Licensed Venue; Cannot BYO any drinks; if any outside drinks are found will be asked leave • Persons drinking elsewhere prior to your booking, will be refused entry by the security guards • Doors open at 5.30pm for drinks; Buffet from 6.30pm to 8.30pm only • We do not take individual payments from your guests; all you have to do is assign a person from your group to collect their share of food from everyone on the table and and pay as one bill; so sorry no split bills • A deposit of $50 or $100 based on the group size is required for all bookings; to avoid no shows on the night • Seating requests are not taken, unless booking paid in full in advance; or front of stage cost $10pp extra • Friday & Saturday buffet bill is pre-paid on arrival at the counter or Please settle your table's food bill before 8pm / or Pay in advance with cash or internet banking • With large group bookings, full payment may be required prior; depending how busy the night is • NSW Smoke Laws : Drinking & Smoking is not permitted in the front entrance & outside the venue • All persons attending must pay the fixed price; Prices are fixed, discounts are not available • For opening a ‘Drink Tab’ at the bar, we require credit card & licence before starting bar tab • Surcharge of 2% applies for all plastic card payments; Please pay cash to avoid excess surcharge • For the Safety of your children, please do not allow children on the stage, dance floor or near the bar • If Children are staying back late, they must be under the supervision of adults all the time • Children but must be seated on their chairs and supervised by parents at all times so as to not cause disturbance to other patrons and for their own safety • RSA Rules must be followed on the last page http://www.rivercanyon.com.au/InformationForGuests.pdf • For safety reasons, drinks are not allowed on the dance floor; Please leave your drinks on your tables • Final numbers of guests attending dinner is required by 1pm on the booking day to finalise table seatings

Other Information

RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol rules & regulations - Responsible Consumption of Alcohol River Canyon Restaurant abides by the "Responsible Service of Alcohol Law" under the "Liquor Act 2007"
