CHOBHAM COMMON Parish of Borough of County of SURREY

Surrey Heath Borough Council has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on . The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The proposed works are: Restoration of Staple Hill Pond affecting a total area of up to 5,000m2.

The works will be located: Immediately south east of the road junction at Staple Hill and Windsor Road.

A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected online at www.surreyheath.gov.uk or at Chobham Post Office, Windsor Road, Chobham and the offices of Borough Council, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, , Surrey, GU15 3HD between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Friday. A copy of the application will also be held at Chobham Parish Council Offices, The Pavilion, Station Road, Chobham GU24 8AJ between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Mondays, 9.00am to 3.30pm Wednesdays and 9.00am to 3.00pm Fridays.

Details will be held at these locations until 23 October 2015.
