FMH is not currently open for the normal activities, but filming is allowed and we have dedicated spaces that are all exclusive use which can be used. Also FMH is large - double width doors, tall floor to ceiling heights, big rooms and spaces so distancing is easy to maintain when filming and moving around. Dedicated entrances make security and testing on arrival easy. Garden Museum Yes Yes Yes We do lots of filming and photoshoots and can accommodate day time when the museum is open as we have separate rooms for this or exclusive hires. Filming can take place between the hours of 8am to 12am and can take place every day! Hampton Court Palace Yes Yes Yes For general information, interior filming needs to takes place outside of visitor hours which are 1000-1630, Wednesday-Sunday. Some exterior filming can be accommodated within opening hours on a case- by-case basis. All filming subject to government guidelines. Larger projects will be approved depending on the proposal, but the Palace is closed to visitors on Mondays and Tuesdays so are more likely to be able to accommodate both exterior and interior filming on these days. The collection encompasses over 370,000 items including original works of art, vehicles, signs, and much more. Together these form one of the most comprehensive records of urban transport anywhere in the world, and a backdrop for a range of projects. Showing during TV breaks at the moment is the rather fun Experian advert, all of which was filmed at the Depot. And as the festive season approaches its great to look back at last year’s Christmas advert from The Outnet. For filming and photography, we have a number of underground carriages available that include the Victoria Line (1967-2011) tube carriage with driver’s cabin access, a 1950s-present day Metropolitan line train and a beautifully refurbished 1938 stock with art deco inspired interior. The carriages are excellent for internal and external filming along with a number of buses that include original posters and advertisements. Crews have access to green room facilities, as well as free onsite parking and a dedicated onsite supervisor. Onsite power is available where possible. The Museum will be closed to the public on Monday and Tuesday throughout 2021.Filming is subject to the Museum open timings - exterior and meeting rooms are currently available daytime and evening. Museum of the Order of St John; Yes Yes Yes As the historic headquarters for the Order of St John, the full script, Chapter Hall, Council Chamber, content and use will need to be approved before allowing the spaces Priory Church and Cloister to be filmed.
