Rolling Stone, Vintage Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Down Beat, Living Blues, Oprah's O Magazine and other leading publications praise his musical abilities as a fingerpicker, songwriter, arranger and record producer. His work is featured in Hollywood films, documentaries, TV programs and biographies such as “Game of Thrones,” “The Horse Whisperer,” “Don’t Worry, He Won’t Get Far On Foot,” and Dance of Death: The Life of John Fahey, American Guitarist. Robb served as accompanist, arranger and producer on several of Fahey’s critically acclaimed albums, and also on Can’t Find No Heaven by Alice Stuart, nominated for Grammy and Blues Music Awards.     Acoustic Guitar Summit TERRY ROBB • MARK HANSON • DOUG SMITH Portland, Oregon’s virtuoso acoustic guitar trio - Acoustic Guitar Summit - is made up of three of the country’s best fingerstyle guitarists. Two members, Doug Smith and Mark Hanson, won a Grammy in 2005 for their contributions to the Henry Mancini - Pink Guitar CD. The third member, Terry Robb, is the perennial winner of the Cascade Blues Association award as the top acoustic blues guitarist in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, in September of 2006, Doug won the National Fingerpicking Championship contest in Winfield, Kansas. The Summit’s music is heard on national television (Martha Stewart Living, Late Night with Conan O’Brien), major films (Twister, Moll Flanders) and National Public Radio (Echoes and West Coast Live). In addtion, their music is regularly licensed for syndicated TV and radio broadcasts, and regional and national advertising campaigns. Terry Robb has recorded over a dozen blues albums.
