Before I sign off, I would just like to take this opportunity to welcome back Lee Angol to Meadow Park. Lee was instrumental in our success when we won promotion to the National League with 25 league goals to his name that season. He was the League’s top marksman and duly was recognised as Non-League Football’s Young Player of the Season before clinching his return to the Football League with Peterborough United.

He has already hit the ground running at Lincoln with four goals in three games, including a hat trick on his debut against Danny’s former side Braintree. If Lee can continue that rich vein of form, I’m sure results and perhaps the league title will follow for Lincoln City.

Anyway, back to tonight’s game, let’s hope for a positive performance and result.

Hope you enjoy the game!
