The first part of this update was prepared with Grant Funding from the Washington State Department of Ecology SMA Grant Agreement No. G0800096. Many thanks to the Thurston Regional Planning staff that worked to secure and administer the grant from the Department of Ecology and who also crafted the framework and prepared a generic document that has served as the starting point for Lacey's update.
