July 2021 Trigger Times page 3 THESE MATCHES ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Results and detailed rules and procedures are posted at http://www.cpfgc.com/steel_challenge.html For more details, contact Rodney Brown at [email protected] or Dominic Stevens at [email protected] Will You Sponsor Me? If you’re asked that question by anyone, it is your responsibility to determine whether they will be an asset or a liability to the Club. If they have little or no shooting experience, it’s up to you to help them attain the necessary skills to ensure that they are sufficiently familiar and safe around firearms, BEFORE nominating them for membership. You wouldn’t be doing any of your fellow Club Members a favor by nominating someone who has not proven themselves safe. Doing so would be reckless, potentially dangerous, and completely irresponsible. Don’t do it. 2nd & 4th TUESDAYS April thru September Steel plate shooting sessions for semi-auto pistols or revolvers THESE SHOOTS ARE RESTRICTED TO CPF&G CLUB MEMBERS & INVITED GUESTS ONLY For more details, contact Jim Lacefield at [email protected] July 2021 Trigger Times page 4 2021 CMP Matches (Civilian Marksmanship Program) BOLT-ACTION MATCHES SEMI-AUTO MATCHES Sunday, 6 June, 12:00 Saturday, 19 June, 10:00 Sunday, 25 July, 12:00 Saturday, 28 August, 09:00 Sunday, 12 September, 12:00 Sunday, 26 September, 12:00 Sunday, 10 October, 12:00 Saturday, 23 October, 09:00 Saturday, 6 November, 10:00 Saturday, 20 November, 10:00 Service Rifles: $10.00 Entry Fee Ammo Required: 50-60 Rounds Open Sights Only .30-06 ammo will be available at $2.00 per round, but only for use at CMP Matches.
