• And some others . . . DWB MUSIC LTD Journey to Success in Asia We’ve found a good way of working with our partners

Many Western writers hear that Japan and Korea can be a big market and so they try writing copies of J-Pop and K-Pop.

But the Asian market is opening up to Western sounds. It’s the combination of Western production and Japanese lyrics that works.

When we write songs

• We use great western productions, influenced by our own culture

• And we write in English

But we also write with added influences, based partly on our writing experiences in Japan in 2010.

For example, Japanese has more syllables than English 2010:- eg ‘Hello’ has two syllables in English whereas in Japan, ‘Konichua’ has four. DWB MUSIC LTD Journey to Success in Asia More cuts in Asia in 2011 . . . Kat Tun Run For Cover ANNA TSUCHIYA (number 1) I Believe in Love
